Basic Purpose |
| |
To apply engineering, vulnerability assessment, and systems and interdependencies analyses techniques to study national-, regional-, and local-level critical infrastructure and key resources (CIKR), particularly the Telecommunications Sector, for the Infrastructure Assurance Center (IAC). This includes examining protection, prevention, response, and recovery technologies and strategies and developing modeling and simulation tools and risk analysis methods to meet homeland security and other Federal agencies objectives.
