Job Description
  Basic Purpose
  Develop, integrate, and support variety of software applications used to protect the Nation`s critical infrastructure through a near real-time exchange of actionable cyber threat information. Responsible for planning, design, and development of l web application and software.
   
  Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  Comprehensive
Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated expertise with a variety of Linux/Unix OS`s and cyber security concepts.
  Considerable
Considerable knowledge and demonstrated expertise with RESTful web applications, and Oracle or MySQL databases. Considerable skill and experience in developing software in languages such as Python/Perl/Java/C# Considerable skill administering and supporting Linux servers. Considerable skill in understanding cyber security threats and their remediation.
  Good
Good skill at organizing project tasks and coordinating the completion of high-priority technical products within budget and time constraints. Good oral and written communication skills. Good skill in the authoring of system documentation. Good skill working in an IDE such as Eclipse or Netbeans.
  Some
Some experience working with code versioning systems. Some knowledge of configuration management processes. Some experience interacting with vendor specific API?s. Some knowledge of XML and/or JSON schema design and use. Some experience working with web development frameworks. Some knowledge of noSQL and other alternative designs is a plus.
  Minimum Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years work experience or equivalent; some occupations may require a graduate degree or equivalency
